The Juniors Rewards Program recognises members for their loyalty. The program contains six (6) tier levels, ranging from 1 Star to 5 Star Plus. Members move through The Juniors Rewards Program levels based on their Grading Point accrual. We review this each month and upgrade members accordingly. Our Customer Service Representatives can assist with any further enquiries.
Complimentary Cards
4, 5 and 5 Star Plus members receive a Complimentary Card benefit as part of their upgrade.
Present your card to a staff member and let us do the rest. All we ask of you is to follow a few simple rules to make your Complimentary experience a better one.
- NO ALCOHOL will be charged to this card.
- NO take away food – The food may be taken elsewhere in the club but may not be taken off the premises.
- Only you may use your complimentary card.
- You may check your balance with a Host at any time
- Our staff will ask for a signature after each transaction
- You cannot use your complimentary card in the Poker Machines or Roulette Machines
- This card will EXPIRE on the date visible on your complimentary card
- 4 & 5 Star credit resets weekly every Tuesday
- 5 Star Plus weekly credit is received upfront for the month and reset on the 1st day of each month.
- Any credit not used within the allocated time does not rollover to the next week/month.
