Exercise Programs

Our qualified staff can write individual programs for members to ensure they are adopting the best approach to achieve their fitness goals. We know it can be hard reaching your fitness goals. There is so much conflicting, and confusing information about what is healthy, and how to get there. Our Personal Trainers are here to help. First we motivate you to come into the gym, and insure you are making the most of your time here at the gym. Then we educate you about what to do and what to eat when you are not at the gym.

Whatever your goal may be, we can help you reach your goal faster, with less risk of injury, and help you have more fun doing it!

Members need to book their exercise program appointments in person at the fitness centre. Payment is to be made at the time of booking.
