The Juniors provides an excellent Fitness Centre for the enjoyment of all our members and visitors. Visitors must satisfy the normal club entry requirements. Our Gymnasium is fully equipped and able to satisfy the needs of the most ardent of fitness enthusiasts, yet retains a very relaxed atmosphere where all members feel comfortable in a relatively social environment. The social atmosphere within the centre is due in no small way to our friendly and efficient floor and reception staff.

Entry - On entry to the Centre members must present to the reception counter with their club membership card to either pay for a casual visit or present their prepaid Gym Membership card to have their visit recorded. Reception staff will retain club/gym memberships and will hand them back when the member is ready to leave the centre. Members may request a locker from reception staff at no additional cost.
Dress - Members may enter and exit the club wearing gym attire (eg: singlets, thongs etc) however, entry to other areas is NOT permitted while dressed in this apparel.Once in the Gymnasium, gym shoes must be worn. No sandals, open shoes or work boots permitted. Thongs can only be worn in the change rooms or the pool area.
Staff - Qualified staff are on duty at all time and can assist with exercise prescription as well as providing an excellent variety of classes.
Steam Rooms - Steam rooms are situated in both the male and female change rooms and they provide the perfect finish to any workout or can be used solely to relax those tired aching muscles.
Towels - Towels must be used when working on all strength equipment and should be used to wipe down cardio equipment when members are finished. Members must also sit on a towel when using the steam room. Members can bring their own towel or one can be hired for a $2.50 fee.
Exercise Programs - Our qualified staff can write individual programs for members to ensure they are adopting the best approach to achieve their fitness goals. Members need to book their exercise program appointments in person at the Gymnasium.
Gym Etiquette - Members are requested to abide by acceptable gym etiquette. A copy of the requirements can be obtained from reception staff or CLICK HERE

The prices below allow the use of all fitness centre facilities e.g. gym, classes, steam room and pool. Members can have a gym workout, then participate in a class & finish off with a swim, all for the one fee!
