CORONAVIRUS – GYM CLOSURE
Following a directive from the government The Juniors Fitness Centre will be closed from 12pm 23rd March.
All gym memberships will be automatically be put on hold from 23.3.20 until the government allows us to reopen.
Our Fitness Centre is situated on the third floor and is directly accessible via lift or escalators.
The Juniors provides an excellent Fitness Centre for the enjoyment of all our members and visitors. Our Gymnasium is fully equipped and able to satisfy the needs of the most ardent of fitness enthusiasts, yet retains a very relaxed atmosphere where all members feel comfortable in a relatively social environment. The social atmosphere within the centre is due in no small way to our friendly and efficient floor and reception staff.

CLUB ENTRY - Club Members must show the club membership card on entering the club
Non-Club Member must satisfy the normal club entry requirements
FITNESS CENTRE ENTRY - Gym Members must present to the reception counter and swipe the gym identification FOB
Non-Gym Members must present to the reception counter with theur club membership card and pay the casual entry fee
Dress - Members may enter and exit the club wearing gym attire (eg: singlets, thongs etc) however, entry to other areas is NOT permitted while dressed in this apparel.Once in the Gymnasium, gym shoes must be worn. No sandals, open shoes or work boots permitted. Thongs can only be worn in the change rooms or the pool area.
Staff - Qualified staff are on duty at all times to provide help when needed and also assist with exercise prescription as well as providing an excellent variety of classes.
Steam Rooms - Steam rooms are situated in both the male and female change rooms and they provide the perfect finish to any workout or can be used solely to relax those tired, aching muscles.
Towels - Towels must be used when working on all strength equipment and should be used to wipe down cardio equipment when members are finished. Members must also sit on a towel when using the steam room. Members can bring their own towel or one can be hired for a $2.50 fee.
Personalised Programs - Our qualified staff can write individual programs for members to ensure they are adopting the best approach to achieve their fitness goals. Members need to book their program appointments in person at the Gymnasium.

Monday - Thursday: 5:30am - 10pm
Friday: 5:30am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Public Holidays: 9am - 2pm
The prices below allow the use of all fitness centre facilities e.g. gym, classes, steam room and pool. Members can have a gym workout, then participate in a class & finish off with a swim, all for the one fee!
