70’s British Invasion

The 1970’s saw the emergence of hard rock as one of the most prominent subgenres of rock music. During this decade British acts such as Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Black Sabbath and Bad Company were at the height of their international fame. Their music was a huge influence on the youth of that era, and consequently left a lasting imprint on their life. Even to this day these bands can be heard on the airwaves all over the globe. This show is a celebration of the music that came from Britain during this period.

Danny Marx-Young: His vocals are enough to fill any room and add the finishing piece to any great rock band. The son of John Paul Young, he has carved his own path and has journeyed all throughout Australia.

Dave Wilkins: Dave is a multi-talented singer/songwriter/producer. Dave has written with many Australian artists including diesel, Kate Ceberano, Shannon Noll, Wendy Mathews and rick price. As a producer, He worked with Russel Crowe, Chrissie Hynde and Wendy Mathews.

Chris Kamzelas: Chris is an Australian musician, guitarist, vocalist, song writer and producer. He has supported  Tina Arena, Richard Clapton, Jimmy Barnes and Jessica Mauboy. Chris was also the house guitarist for the tv series Australian Idol followed by The Voice Australia.

Joel McDonald: He sits at the tip of the spear of Australia’s most influential guitarists. Best known for as a founder and lead guitarist for Frankie’s world famous house band, Frankie’s Pizza, Sydney.

Dario Bortolin: With an impressive portfolio of collaborations, Dario has established himself as a versatile performer. His extensive experience includes recording and performing with renowned artists with as Jimmy Barnes, Jon Stevens, Inxs, Barry Gibb and many others. He is currently a member of  The Baby Animals.

Fabrizio Omodei: Fabrizio has been playing drums professionally for over 30 years. He has recorded and toured with a host of  artists including: Rick Astley, Ross Wilson, Delta Goodrem, Brian McFadden, Richard Clapton, Daryl Braithwaite and many more.
