What's New at The Juniors Fitness Centre
An exciting new class for all those wanting to dramatically improve their fitness while participating in some exciting new Grapple fight techniques. This is a demanding yet extremely rewarding low-level body contact class. The class includes Boxing/Kickboxing pad work & grapple techniques such as, takedowns, sweeps & submissions. You will experience the same excitement & adrenalin rush enjoyed by those who compete within the "Fight Circle." Simple drills/techniques will be introduced initially with a gradual progression to more difficult moves. Your class instructor, David Lindsay is an MMA Fighter, Kung Fu Exponent, Kick Boxer, Submission Wrestler & Brazilian Jujitzu Practioner. CLASS COMMENCED: Wednesday 4th May - 5PM
