WHAT IS "JUNIORS REWARDS"
The Juniors Rewards is a tiered loyalty program that accumulates reward points when you correctly use your membership card in the club.

There are a multitude of ways you can earn points at The Juniors when you spend money in the club, and all member are eligible to earn reward points. For full details on how you can gain Juniors Rewards, you can pick up a brochure at the foyer or membership office.

How Many Reward Levels Are There?
There are 5 levels in the Juniors Rewards program and each level offers special benefits.
Entry Points*  to each level are:
1 Star  * ...................................................300 points
2 Stars **....................................................3,000 points
3 Stars ***..................................................12,000 points
4 Stars ****.................................................45,000 points
5 Stars *****................................................90,000 points

*Entry Points refer to the points earned, not point balance. Spending points does not affect your star level.

How Can I Go Up a Level?
On the 6th day of each month we will move members up to the level that they qualify for, based on the points earned on their membership card for the previous month.

Can I Move Down Levels?
Yes but this will only be reviewed every 12 months on the 1st July. Once you have reached a certain level you will remain there until this time.

How Can I Use My Points?
When you have accumulated enough Juniors Rewards points you can use them for the following:
• Purchases at the Club
• To redeem them for shopping and petrol vouchers

Do My Reward Points Expire?
Points will be purged from any members card that are in Level 1 & 2 of the program or who haven’t qualified for Level 1. This will occur on 1st July each year. Levels 3-5 will retain their bonus points earned.

How do I join and can I Opt out of the Programme?
You are already a member of the program just by being a member of the club so there is no up front cost. If you do not wish to participate in the rewards program please notify our membership office or concierge staff and we will ensure that your card does not accrue points. You would not be eligible for any promotional draws or benefits that relate to the rewards program.
